Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2015 and age relaxation will be applicable as per norms.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess minimum 10th pass or ITI or its equivalent. Candidates should be represented by the Country in any of  Championship/ events i.e., World Cup (Junior/ Senior Category), World Championship (Junior/ Senior Category), Asian Games (Senior Category), Common Wealth Games (Senior Category) and for further information refer notification.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Sports Trail followed by Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay a crossed postal order/ bank draft of Rs.100/- for Grade pay 1900 & 1800/- (no fee for SC/ ST candidates) in favour of The FA & CAO, DLW, Varanasi.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with two self attested passport size photographs and copies of documents viz birth, educational, caste and sports, achievements duly self attested, two self addressed envelops affixed with postal stamp of Rs.5/- (not necessary for SC/ ST candidates) so as to reach Dy CPO/ H.Q., GM(P) office, DLW/ Varanasi – 221004 by General post only on or before 05-01-2015 by 16.30 Hrs. Application must be superscribe as Recruitment against sports quota 2013-2014, self attested new passport size photograph should be pasted at proper place in the application.
