SPA Delhi Recruitment 2014 – Faculty Positions

 School of Planning & Architecture (SPA), Delhi has announced notification for the recruitment of Professor, Asst & Associate Professor Vacancies in Departments of Architecture, Building Engineering & management, Landscape Architecture, Housing, Center for Analysis and System Studies, Transport Planning, Urban Design, Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, Physical Planning, Regional Planning and Industrial Design. Name of the Post:
1. Professor: 12 posts
2. Assistant Professor: 04 pots
3. Associate Professor: 05 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related discipline with 60% & minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and/ or research and/ or Industry for Professor of Architecture, Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering and Master Degree in Building Engineering and Management with minimum 60% marks & minimum of 10 years of teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor for Professor of Building Engineering & Management. Refer the notification for remaining posts.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) through Demand Draft in favour of “School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi”. SC/ ST Candidates are exempted from fee.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application (filled in English) in prescribed format along with DD, copies of certificates, lists etc., the envelope should mention “Application for Faculty Position Professor/ Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor and Department” should reach the Registrar on or before 19-12-2014.
